US Iran Israel LIVE Updates: The Israeli army said on Saturday that it had "most likely successfully intercepted" a missile launched from Yemen toward Israeli territory, as reported by Reuters. In response, Israel issued a warning to Yemen's Iran-backed Houthis, which has been targeting Israel in what it says is solidarity with Gaza, threatening to impose a naval and air blockade if the attacks persist.

Iran mourns top commanders: Thousands of mourners gathered in downtown Tehran on Saturday to pay their respects to top Iranian military leaders and nuclear scientists killed in a 12-day conflict with Israel. The coffins of Revolutionary Guard chief Gen. Hossein Salami, the head of the Guard’s ballistic missile division Gen. Amir Ali Hajizadeh and others were driven on trucks down the capital’s Azadi Street. Both Salami and Hajizadeh were killed on the first day of the conflict, June 13, when Israel launched a military campaign aimed at dismantling Iran’s nuclear programme. Saturday's ceremonies were the first public funerals for top commanders since the ceasefire, AP reported citing Iranian state television.

Iran's jibe at Israel: Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi on Saturday took a jibe at Israel, saying it had to run to "daddy", referring to US President Donald Trump, for help against Iranian missile strike. "Iran showed the world that the Israeli regime had "NO CHOICE but to RUN to 'DADDY' to avoid being flattened by Iranian missiles," he said in a post on X.  The foreign minister also said that the American President "should put aside the disrespectful and unacceptable tone towards the Supreme Leader if he is genuine about wanting a deal." His statement's come a day after US President Donald Trump said he saved Iran's Supreme Leader from a "very ugly and ignominious death."
