'We Will Hit You': Chilling Audio Reveals Mossad Warned Iranian Generals Before Launching Strikes

chilling audio reveals mossad warned iranian generals before launching strikes we will hit you

In the hours following Israel's launch of Operation Rising Lion on June 13, top Iranian generals received an unprecedented series of phone calls. The voice on the line was cold and unmistakably clear: "You're on our list right now." One of at least 20 such calls placed to high-ranking Iranian officials was recorded—and obtained by The Washington Post. The audio captures an Israeli intelligence operative, likely from Mossad, telling a senior Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) general, "I can advise you now, you have 12 hours to escape with your wife and child. Otherwise, you’re on our list right now."

A Narrow Window Of Escape

The threat campaign, sources told The Post, was a part of a broader covert operation to destabilise and psychologically fracture the Iranian regime. Delivered in Persian, the calls carried a deadly clarity. "We will hit you, your family, your children, everyone, with the dirt," the agent warned, offering a narrow window of reprieve: "12 hours from this very minute that I spoke to you, you have time to escape."

What followed was even more chilling. "If not, you have no one to blame but yourself," the agent said. "We're closer to you than your own neck vein. Put this in your head. May God protect you."

In the same call, the operative referenced an ongoing wave of targeted killings. "I'm calling from a country that two hours ago assassinated two top IRGC generals – (Hossein) Salami and (Mohammad) Bagheri – and (Vice Adm. Ali) Shamkhani," he claimed. "One by one, to hell."

Iranian state media later claimed Shamkhani survived the assassination attempt.

Then came a demand: "Do you want to be one of them? Do you want to be the next one on the list? Do you also want to destroy your wife and child? No, right?" To which the general reportedly asked, "So, what should I do?"

The agent's answer was simple: record a video denouncing the Iranian regime and send it via the encrypted app Telegram—within 12 hours.

It remains unknown whether the general complied.

Israeli intelligence reportedly launched the intimidation campaign to sow fear among Iran's second- and third-tier leadership. With senior IRGC commanders increasingly being eliminated, the goal was to make it harder for Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei to replace them—and to deepen internal fractures within the regime.

There has been no official comment from Israel so far on this.
